A practical option for everyday rentals
For an Arvada remodel, a small outdoor gathering or a job site without permanent facilities, a standard portable toilet keeps restroom access close to the people using it. The static model is self-contained and does not need a water or electrical hookup.
The toilet does not flush. If guests prefer a flushable bowl or an interior sink, compare our deluxe flushing units. If you need an accessible restroom, select the appropriate model separately rather than assuming the standard unit will work.
Know the model before it arrives

A sink changes the setup
A freestanding handwashing station lets another person wash while the restroom is occupied. Discuss soap, towels and water replenishment. An interior sanitizer dispenser does not supply running water.
Plan the route, not just the footprint
Measure the narrowest gate, note overhead wires and tell us about slopes, steps, gravel or soft ground. An equipment dimension is not a delivery-vehicle clearance. We need to assess the whole route and retain access for pumping and collection.
Mark your preferred position and provide a reachable on-site contact. If a backyard cannot be reached safely, agree on a practical alternative before dispatch. Never move a filled unit yourself.
How many standard toilets should you book?
Tell us the peak number of guests or workers and how long they will be on site. A call about a 40–50-person family gathering used one unit as a starting recommendation; that was specific to the event described. Duration, drinks, other bathrooms, accessibility and queueing expectations can change your plan.
Keep the rental ready for use
We handle equipment delivery, placement, servicing and pickup. Your quote should identify the planned service visits and supplies. Service can include waste pumping, interior cleaning, deodorizing, inspection and restocking; confirm the scope for your booking.
Long projects and busy events have different usage patterns. Let us know when the crew grows, another shift starts, or attendance changes. If supplies run low or a unit needs attention, call with your order details and location so we can review the next available service.
What should the quote include?
Ask for the unit count, rental dates, delivery and pickup charges, included service, supplies, tax and cancellation terms. For open-ended construction rentals, confirm the billing cycle and how to request removal.
