Make the restroom plan before the invitations go out
Share peak attendance, event hours, food and drinks, the site layout and any permanent bathrooms guests may use. A guest count without a duration is not a complete sizing plan. Spread-out events may need more than one restroom location.
For a private gathering in Allendale, one compact location may be workable. A larger event with separate activity areas needs a conversation about walking routes, queues, accessibility and service access.
Choose the experience you want to offer
Compare standard units, flushing units with sinks and restroom trailers. Add separate handwashing when you want people to wash without occupying a restroom. Identify accessible facilities from the start.
Delivery before guests, pickup after access is available
Customer calls regularly raised early delivery and pickup around venue opening hours. Tell us the latest time the site must be ready and when the property is accessible for collection. Weekend and holiday arrangements depend on advance scheduling and crew availability.
Arvada permits and venue approval
Arvada’s published special-event guidance identifies triggers including more than 100 attendees at one time, amplification or lighting, certain temporary structures and traffic control. Its FAQ lists an application lead time of at least 60 days. Check the current city requirements and the venue’s conditions for your event; an equipment booking does not grant permission to occupy public space.

Plan the route, not just the footprint
Measure the narrowest gate, note overhead wires and tell us about slopes, steps, gravel or soft ground. An equipment dimension is not a delivery-vehicle clearance. We need to assess the whole route and retain access for pumping and collection.
Mark your preferred position and provide a reachable on-site contact. If a backyard cannot be reached safely, agree on a practical alternative before dispatch. Never move a filled unit yourself.
Keep the plan adaptable
Let us know if attendance increases or the event extends. Confirm extra service availability and cancellation terms before booking. Call promptly if a unit is tipped, damaged or unsuitable; keep guests away from affected equipment until it can be assessed.
