Wheelchair-accessible and ADA-compliant are different descriptions
Ask for an ADA-compliant model when your plan requires one. PolyJohn describes the Comfort XL as wheelchair-accessible; the We’ll Care III and Satellite Freedom have manufacturer ADA-compliant configurations. Do not substitute a wider unit solely because it looks spacious.

The approach matters as much as the unit
A restroom placed behind a curb, on soft grass, or across a steep slope may be unusable even if the model is compliant. Plan a firm, stable, slip-resistant route, entrance maneuvering space and a clear door swing. Keep cords, queue barriers and stored materials out of the route.
Plan accessible units by cluster
The ADA Standards address clusters of single-user portable toilets in section 213.2, Exception 3, with rounding covered by section 104.2. A five-percent calculation rounds up to whole units: a cluster of 10 gives 1 accessible unit; 20 gives 1; 21 gives 2. Separate clusters need separate consideration. The event organizer should confirm the complete layout and applicable requirements.
Construction-only facilities have a specific exception under section 203.2. That does not automatically decide every workplace accommodation or public-facing requirement.

Arvada event planning
For public gatherings, review the City of Arvada event guidance and venue conditions. A restroom order is not an event permit or an approval of the site plan. Send your anticipated attendance, restroom clusters and route conditions when requesting a quote.
