Compare the total, not the advertised unit rate
The cost of an Arvada rental depends on equipment, time on site, quantity, the delivery location and servicing. We do not publish a universal price because a backyard weekend, a 28-day construction arrangement and a restroom trailer have different requirements.
The five parts of an itemized quote
- Equipment: model or category, quantity, accessories and rental period.
- Transport: delivery, placement and pickup, including any separately quoted route or access charges.
- Service: included cleaning, pumping, restocking and the cost of requested extra visits.
- Optional arrangements: rush scheduling, weekend or holiday service, relocation, trailer utilities or other requested equipment.
- Final charges and terms: tax, payment schedule, cancellation, damage, failed-access and renewal conditions.
Actual quote examples from the customer calls
Historical examples, not current Arvada rates. The call records contain individual offers, with no common price date or verified Arvada location. These examples show how charges were explained. They do not establish today’s availability, tax rate or a starting price.
| Rental discussed | Quoted charges | What the comparison must include |
|---|---|---|
| Construction toilet for a three-week school project | First 28-day period, including delivery: $262.60. Initial tax: $15.95. Initial payment: $278.55. Pickup: $29 later. | A later 28-day period was quoted at $219.95 if needed. The call did not give a separate tax calculation for pickup or renewal. Ending the work did not automatically request collection. |
| One toilet for a next-day family event | Rental: $250. Final delivery charge: $110. Confirmed rental-and-delivery total: $360. | One delivery slot became available. Pickup was arranged for Sunday. No separate tax or service-visit breakdown was stated; this is not a rush-delivery promise. |
| Two-stall trailer for a weekend reunion | Planning estimate: $2,200–$2,300 for the discussed weekend arrangement. | An estimate, not a completed booking or a current package. Transport, utilities, servicing, tax and the exact model require a fresh written breakdown. |
The first example separates money due now from money due at collection: $262.60 + $15.95 = $278.55 initially. Adding the stated $29 pickup charge gives $307.55 in stated charges before any unquoted pickup tax, extension or extra service. A headline unit rate alone would miss those differences.

28 days versus a calendar month
A 28-day cycle always lasts four weeks. A calendar month can last 28, 29, 30 or 31 days. Thirteen 28-day periods total 364 days; twelve such periods total 336 days. Ask which definition appears on your agreement and when the next cycle starts.
What can change the cost?
Adding a sink or switching to a flushable unit changes the equipment. A trailer may require water or power arrangements. Extending the rental can trigger another billing period. More people, longer shifts or multi-day events can require additional service.
Blocked access can also interrupt delivery or pickup. Share narrow gates, overhead wires, soft ground and restricted delivery windows before dispatch so the quote reflects the actual site.
Before approving payment
Check the complete amount due now, later recurring charges, any separate pickup fee and the cancellation rules. Confirm when equipment is reserved and what happens if the dates change. Never send card details through the quote form.
