Read your booking agreement before paying
This page explains how to review and manage a Steven Rental Works rental. Your written quote and accepted rental agreement identify the charges, dates and conditions for your order. A website inquiry, planning estimate or telephone availability discussion is not a confirmed reservation.
Quotes, reservations and payment
Review the equipment, quantity, rental period, delivery and pickup arrangements, service schedule, taxes and other charges. The written order should state any deposit, prepayment, balance deadline and accepted payment methods. Use the payment instructions supplied for your order; do not submit card or banking details through the website quote form.
Rental period and renewal
Ask whether the rental uses a calendar period or a 28-day billing cycle, when billing begins and whether renewal is automatic. Confirm recurring charges and any payment authorization before accepting the rental. For an extension, contact us before the current period ends.
Cancellation and refunds
Our cancellation policy, confirmed September 28, 2026, is:
- Before three business days prior to delivery: full refund.
- From the three-business-day cutoff until 24 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
- Within 24 hours of delivery: no refund.
Ask for the exact cutoff dates and times for your scheduled delivery in the written booking confirmation, especially around weekends and holidays. Call (719) 319-7011 promptly to cancel and request written confirmation. A quote-form message is not a confirmed cancellation.
Rescheduling and order changes
Contact us before changing delivery dates, equipment or quantities. Revised dates and equipment depend on availability; ask for any revised charges and cancellation deadlines in writing. Do not assume a date change resets a cancellation deadline.
Weather changes and event cancellations do not, by themselves, confirm a refund or revised schedule. Discuss those terms when booking. If we cannot fulfill an order, contact us to confirm the available resolution and any refund under the agreement.
Delivery and site access
Provide accurate location and access details and obtain any required property, venue or public-space approvals. Confirm a suitable placement with our team. Keep the approach clear of vehicles, locked gates and other obstructions during delivery, service and collection. Ask which charges apply if access prevents completion.
Equipment care, damage and relocation
Use the equipment only for its intended purpose. Do not move, lift, modify or attempt to repair it without an approved arrangement. Report damage, a tip-over, leaks or missing equipment promptly and keep people away from affected units. Responsibility and charges for damage, loss, theft or any damage waiver are governed by the accepted agreement; confirm them before booking.
Servicing and supplies
The agreement should identify the included service frequency, cleaning scope, pumping and restocking. Request extra service when usage changes and ask about the charge and availability. Report an apparently missed visit with the order details so it can be checked.
Pickup and ending billing
Follow the pickup instructions for your order. For an open-ended rental, contact us when equipment is no longer needed rather than assuming collection happens automatically. Obtain confirmation of the pickup request, any notice requirement and when billing stops. Keep equipment accessible until collected.
