Explain the sanitation problem first
An RV gathering, temporary campsite and parked camper can have different requirements. Tell us whether you need a standalone toilet, additional handwashing, a shower, wastewater holding capacity or an RV tank pump-out. Availability depends on the equipment, site and dates.
Portable toilets and RV pump-out are separate services
A standalone restroom provides an additional place for people to use. Pumping an RV’s waste tank addresses the vehicle’s existing sanitation system. Describe the tank access and site conditions so we can discuss the appropriate service; do not put waste-system access codes in the public quote form.
Check where the equipment is allowed
A restroom rental does not authorize camping, vehicle occupancy or equipment placement. Confirm the property owner’s approval and applicable rules for the actual Arvada or county location. Public parks and managed campgrounds may have their own arrangements.
Plan water, washing and weather
Portable sinks, showers, shower trailers and temporary sanitation water systems may require distinct supplies and connections. Ask for the setup requirements of the actual model rather than assuming an RV hookup works for all rental equipment.
Keep collection access open
Provide the correct entrance, vehicle approach and on-site contact. Avoid placing restrooms where parked campers will block the service route. Discuss overnight cold conditions, soft ground and the timing of a group departure before scheduling the service.
