Plan around access and shifts
Industrial and commercial sites need facilities that staff can reach throughout the working day. Share peak headcount by shift, restricted zones, the work schedule and any permanent bathrooms that remain open. A temporary shutdown can change demand overnight.
Make service access part of the site plan
Give dispatch the correct gate, check-in procedure, escort requirement and site contact. Keep security details out of the public quote form; arrange sensitive access information directly. Tell us when service vehicles may enter and where they can work clear of active equipment.
Match the equipment to the work
Standard portable toilets, handwashing stations, restroom trailers, holding tanks and temporary sanitation water systems are available to discuss. Supply requirements depend on the actual configuration. Do not assume a simple non-heated sink is suitable for every industrial exposure or washing requirement.
Arvada projects with changing work zones
As a remodel or facility project moves, the nearest practical restroom location can change. Coordinate relocation before the work area shifts and maintain an approach for service and pickup. Never move or lift rented equipment without an approved plan.
Define the recurring service
Request a written scope for pumping, cleaning, deodorizing, inspection and supplies. Review the expected usage and how to request an extra visit. Confirm invoice recipients, purchase-order requirements if applicable, rental periods and the process to end an open rental.
For construction activities, also review our construction sanitation guide. A rental arrangement does not replace the employer’s site-specific obligations.
